Les Harris has spent many years in the entertainment industry and was a starring member of the original cast of 'CATS'. He has also appeared in many theatre productions, plus countless film and television appearances - including a singing tour with Sahra Brightman, a film with David Bowie, and appearances with many other international personalities and recording artists.

Throughout this time, Les retained his interest in cooking and creating new dishes, and recently decided to return to his real love - food! He trained as a professional chef in Manchester England, then in France and Italy. His incredible passion for food is evident in every meal he produces.
